Due to an increase in subscriber base, there has been a rise in connection related issues with calling to the Philippines. We at TelePinas put customer satisfaction above anything else and have taken steps to ensure these connection problems are resolved in a quick and timely manner.

In the next couple of days, we will be increasing our calling capacity and install daily maintenance checks to further improve the call quality for our subscribers. We will also be adding a dedicated technical support line to address any connection related problems which may arise. The technical support number is 1-888-ROAM-274 (1-888-762-6274). Additionally, you may also email us at [email protected] or text us at 0917-5381290 (for Philippine based subscribers) or at 1-416-6621556 (for Canada/US based subscribers). Hopefully with these upgrades in place, we hope to improve your unlimited calling experience with TelePinas.
